Valentine SPirits

We broke ground in 2007 as Detroit’s original craft distillery. Since then, we’ve become one the most awarded distillers of whiskey, gin and vodka in America.

Mayor Pingree  

  • Our bold Red Label Bourbon combines sweet corn, spicy rye, and subtle malt for a well-rounded character that showcases the artistry of its aging process. Layers of rich flavors unfurl with each sip.

  • Made from high-rye mash bills of approximately 95% rye and 5% barley and aged a minimum of six years in 53-gallon barrels. The result is earthy, nutty, and pleasantly viscous, with a subtle caramel-coated finish.

  • Each single barrel was hand-picked by individual retailers to reflect the flavors and attributes most preferred by their specific clientele. Aged for at least 10 years, these selections reflect some of the oldest casks to ever age in the state of Michigan.

  • Mayor Pingree's 'Green Label' Rye is a masterful blend that showcases the artistry of aging and the harmonious interplay between distinct barrels. With a rich and complex profile, this expression captivates the senses from the first sip to the lingering finish.

  • Aged a minimum of nine years, Valentine's Mayor Pingree Black Label Bourbon is a limited-release bottling deftly married from a special inventory of casks sourced from the former Lawrenceburg, IN distillery.

Valentine Vodka

  • Detroit vodka, Detroit values. That means no-nonsense, 100% natural, additive-free, small-batch vodka. We make our Signature Vodka using the traditional process European distillers have used for centuries.

  • A sophisticated floral twist on our signature small-batch vodka. White Blossom is infused with delicate, botanical elderflower and a hint of punchy grapefruit.

  • Berry Blossom is Valentine’s premium flavored vodka for summer – or an instant summer mood. We start with our award-winning craft vodka and infuse it with all-natural strawberry, rhubarb, and elderflower.

Liberator Gin

  • Complex, multi-layered, and versatile, Liberator is made in the tradition of the original styles of gin. We hand-select nine botanicals from around the world to create the singular Liberator flavor.

  • Aged in New American Oak barrels for two years, allowing the flavors to mature. We proudly embrace the 18th-century tradition of pot-distillation and transportation in oak barrels, which mellows the distillate, adds color, and enhances flavor.
